Welcome to the magical mysteries of “Mini Stages Parties” where we will take your child on a roller coaster ride through their imagination and land them safely back home with a bulging bag of amazing memories!


What is a Mini Stages Party for 6 months – 3 years?

A Mini Stages party session is fun-packed, developmental and designed to hold the attention of active toddlers and babies, and not as scary as a clown! It is ideal for babies and young children aged 6 months to 3 years. A selection of props and puppets are used to animate the songs and create a party packed with ‘structured fun’. Little Ones will be introduced to a variety of action songs, chants and a variety of music.

What happens during the party?

 The Mini Stages section of your party runs for approximately 40 minutes. This is the optimum time for maintaining attention spans. Any food and drink you have prepared can be served either before or after the session. A typical running order could be: -

4.00pm Guests arrive Background music
4.10pm Tea is served
4.40pm Mini Stages session begins Grown-Ups and Little Ones seated
5.20pm Happy Birthday Session ends with song, cake, & candles.
5.30pm Games or background music
6.00pm Guests depart


What is required?

A room that can accommodate up to 15 Grown-ups and their Little Ones – seated on floor cushions (we provide these!). If in doubt, we can arrange to visit before hand to suggest the best way to operate in the space available.

How much will it cost?

The cost to include music, use of equipment, staff, and travelling is £85 including vat. A deposit of £35 with the balance by cheque or cash on the day is acceptable.

What is a Mini Stages Party for 4 – 6 years?

It’s all about fun, excitement and laughter and everyone getting stuck in and being involved! “Mini Stages Parties” for ages 4 to 6 years old combine drama, dance and singing with a wide range of games, storytelling and performance techniques all based around the chosen theme. We have created magical stories, unforgettable characters and carefully selected suitable songs. The children will work together to create their very own show to be performed at the end of the party for parents, friends and family to watch.

What happens during the party?
Our parties last for 2 hours and we can cater for up to 30 children. We include a 20 - 30 minute break for party lunch or tea and we suggest this should happen 30 minutes into the party. A typical running order could be: -

12.00noon Guests arrive Introduction to party
12.10pm Party Games
12.40pm Birthday Lunch  
1.00pm Drama, Dance & Singing  
1.45pm Parents arrive to watch short performance
1.50pm Performance
2.00pm End of Party


You choose the date, time and the place and we will come to you either at your home, if space permits, or a hired venue. All you need to do is help your child choose a theme, then sit back, relax and enjoy the ride! We suggest you invite your party guests to come in fancy dress.


What is included?

You will receive themed party invitations to send out to your child’s guests. A trained Party Person will arrive at your home or booked venue in full costume loaded with themed props to use during the party. Each child will receive a Mini Stages party balloon and sticker and prizes will be handed out during the party games. If required we can provide our very own party bags with party goodies for each child to take home.

How much will it cost?
The cost for up to 20 children is £180 and for up to 30 children the cost is £230 to cover extra staff. A deposit cheque of £50 is needed when booking a date. The balance can be paid by cash or cheque on the day of the party.
